You are not taught these things in school. Again, you are NOT taught these things in school, so don’t blame yourself. Start getting with real solutions for your better financial future. Get off all that real life negative compounding debt, debt, and debt. That’s the track the vast majority of working people are still on unfortunately. You don’t have to stay on this negative track. You can be on the positive compounding track or the negative one like most people. The choice is yours. There are ways to (literally) help people out of bad financial situations, and to turn these into profitable ventures for yourself (and possibly other investors too). Ways to give that person in dire financial straits a better way out (better than destroying their credit or losing their home)? Well yes. One way is explained in your Foreclosures lesson.
